Sexual Assault
As per section 61I of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) “Any person who has sexual intercourse with another person without the consent of the other person and who knows the other person doe not consent to the sexual intercourse” will be found guilty on sexual assault charges.
Aggravated Sexual Assault
Section 61I in the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) details the offence of sexual assault.
Obscene Exposure
In accordance to the section 5 of the Summary Offences Act 1988 obscene exposure is a criminal offence.
Indecent Assault
As per section 61L of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) indecent assault is a criminal offence and guilty individuals are subject to penalties enforced by the Court.
Aggravated Indecent Assault
Section 61L in the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) details the offence of indecent assault.
Child Abuse Material
Section 91(H) of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) refers to the crime relating to the possession of child abuse material.

Under section 79 of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) any person who commits an act of beastiality with any animal shall be liable to imprisonment for 14 years. The Crimes Act does not explicitly define the crime of beastiality; however, it refers to any sexual act that occurs with an animal.
